Dashboard
The process begins with a centralized dashboard, providing visibility into existing workflows and allowing users to create new ones or remove outdated versions. Administrators can define the execution order for specific user groups and map workflows to designated account and user IDs for precise targeting and control.
JSON Mappings
Previously, setting up a new user was time-consuming and often the most challenging part of the process due to complex integrations. With Studio, integrations are streamlined—allowing you to map JSON data with a consistent and clear set of parameters. This simplifies connections between systems and delivers a smoother, more efficient experience for the end user.
Working the Workflow for Final Design and Output
Creating workflows has never been easier. With preloaded widgets, segments, CTAs, and features, you can rapidly build and preview workflows—testing exactly what the end user will experience before deployment. Once finalized, workflows can be published, prioritized, and assigned to specific user segments across your organization. The true power of Studio lies in its flexible configuration capabilities—limited only by your imagination.

Final observations
The team set out to understand the full scope of how end users would interact with the application—while also considering the needs of the secondary persona: the end user’s end user. Through strong collaboration and cross-functional engagement, we recognized that this product has the potential to extend beyond logistics and serve a broader range of industries with an agnostic, scalable approach.
